They had contacted me within hours of my first enquiry, came over and gave us a really comprehensive assessment of what they could do and then put it all in writing, in a plan that we could follow so we knew what was happening each day.
After being told by other bathroom companies the water would have to be turned off to the house for 3 weeks, the water was actually only turned off for maybe an hour or 2, 3 times during the 2 and a half week job and our family was not inconvenienced at all.
The process is amazingly well organised, right down to picking the bathroom fixtures with Precision Bathrooms at Elite Bathroomware, having them delivered and all ferried upstairs with no damage to our walls. Each of the contractors, the builder, plumber, electrician, gib – stopper and painter were all really great guys, courteous to us as they came and went and great at explaining what was happening each day and involving me in decisions that needed to be made and everyone seemed to work at a cracking speed!
They covered the floor in plastic from the front door and garage to the upstairs bathroom so the carpet wasn’t ruined and even liaised with our insurance company to get the gradual damage claim paid.
We LOVE the final result, it’s a super smart looking functional bathroom that we are so happy with and I have no qualms about referring Precision Bathrooms to everyone I know.”
