“Our guest ensuite was 25 years old, very tired and well overdue for a complete rebuild. Firstly It needed to be completely gutted of all existing bathroomware and stripping back to timber framing including removal of existing floor and wall tiles and a dated glass brick feature wall. Some remedial work was then required to the framing and the concrete floor.
The rebuild required a redesign to accommodate a new big bath, plus tiled shower, toilet, bidet, hand basin and cabinetry. New plumbing and wiring was required in addition to tiling the floor, shower base and all walls then some gibbing and painting.
Precision Bathrooms managed the whole project from end to end, providing us with expert help with design layout to selection of the fittings and managing their contractors through till the job was finished.
We had minimum disruption to a busy household of 6 throughout the 16 day project.
