Although they were the last company to be contacted and to visit us, their director, Mike Baker, was the first to respond with a comprehensive plan and quote. Reading through the testimonials showed us they had the knowledge and experience, having done a few renovations within the area and the surrounding areas.

Mike was fantastic in communicating a plan and accommodating our needs before and during the 3-week renovation. He ensured that there would only be a small disruption to our lives during the renovation.

A clear scheduled plan was set up; We met with their designer/consultant to select our bathroom choices and get their advice, as well as received a schedule of the day-to-day work that would be carried out during the three weeks.

From the get-go, we had daily updates. The work done by the trades was of a very high standard. Precision Bathrooms were punctual and professional. The project manager discussed and sorted out any problems encountered almost immediately. There were no hidden costs, and the entire process was very transparent.

The exciting part for us was coming home from work each day to see what had been done, and seeing it develop from a room with no walls to a fully completed and beautiful bathroom.

Trying to renovate an apartment while working long hours was a daunting prospect, but with Precision Bathrooms, it could not have been easier. After an initial consultation with Mike, where he shared helpful advice, I was taken to see options for materials, colours and fittings. From there, he managed the entire process from overseeing the demolition, building, plumbing, painting, tiling and electrical work needed right through to the final fit out.
